Return window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
Change-of-mind returns
1). Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
2). You must provide proof of purchase.
3). Return postage is at your cost.
4). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5). Exclusions: personalised or made-to-order items, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund and cover return shipping.
Keep all packaging and provide photos so we can assess quickly.
How to start a return
1). Email hello@holidaehaus.com with your order number, item, and reason for return.
2). If approved, we will send instructions on where and how to send your parcel.
3). Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
For the fastest outcome, return the original item, then place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for goods that are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.
