How long will it take to process my order?

We process all orders within 2 business days. During busy periods like holidays or sales, processing can take up to 10 business days.

If you need your order prioritised, select Express Shipping at checkout. Express orders are packed and sent the next business day (excluding made-to-order items).


How long will shipping take?

We ship from Palm Beach, QLD 4221 using Australia Post. You can check estimated delivery times using Australia Post’s delivery estimator HERE.

Allow 2 business days for dispatch, plus standard or express delivery times depending on your location. Peak periods may take longer which is out of our control.


Made-to-Order Items

These items are handmade and dispatched within around 10 business days or sooner. 85% of orders are sent within 5 business days, but we like to leave a buffer just in case.


Australian Shipping Rates

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $125
Large Items (Like pool signs): $15 (STANDARD) or $18 (EXPRESS) 
Small Items (Like house numbers): $5 (STANDARD) or $11 (EXPRESS)

Cover for loss or damage by Australia Post:
We've only ever had a parcel go missing once, but we took action so you get a choice at checkout. Australia Post will only cover a maximum of $100 + shipping if they lose your parcel. They charge $5 for extra cover for loss or damage of items valued over $100 up to $5,000. You can select "Add Shipping Protection $100+" in your cart if you feel safer with this option.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order and receive delivery updates.


I didn’t receive my order confirmation or tracking details

All orders receive:

1). An order confirmation after checkout
2). A shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched

If you can’t find these emails, check your junk or spam folder. If they’re not there, email hello@holidaehaus.com with your order number or name and we’ll resend them.


My order is delayed

If your order is taking longer than expected, you can launch an investigation through Australia Post HERE. Their site also provides the most up-to-date delivery information.
